At Raptive, a global leader in social media and influencer management, we spearheaded a comprehensive visual rebrand and a technically complex SaaS refactor and build. This involved overhauling systems built on Ruby (Rails), Django, and LAMP stacks. Our team oversaw the development of microservices and containerized architectures, leveraging technologies like AWS Lambda, Typescript, and GraphQL to enhance scalability and performance.

We established a robust design system in Figma, which evolved into a suite of reusable React components documented in Storybook, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the platform. Additionally, we integrated a suite of influencer analytics tools, enabling creators to track Traffic Engagement, Conversions, Audience Growth, and ROI effectively.

Our technical expertise extended to refactoring and updating integrations with major social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook. We also managed Shopify product migrations, integrating admin APIs and creating custom Liquid templates to streamline e-commerce functionality.

Throughout the project, we organized sprints, refined backlogs, and liaised with stakeholders to manage conflicting priorities. We also conducted product-market fit analysis, gathered user feedback, and performed competitive analysis to inform product decisions. Our team wrote comprehensive documentation, including story, product requirement, technical, and systems documentation.

We managed distributed teams of developers and QA engineers, ensuring product quality, stability, and cross-functional alignment. Additionally, we oversaw the redesign and rebuild of Raptive’s main public-facing WordPress website, enhancing its usability and performance. To optimize user experience, we initiated data-driven usability and A/B testing using tools like Maze.
