We worked in startup mode with a cross-functional agile team to deliver a high-performance, influencer-driven fashion eCommerce app. Built with cutting-edge technologies like React, Node, GraphQL, Kubernetes, and ElasticSearch, the app integrated platforms such as WordPress VIP, Rive, DailyMotion, and Hootsuite. Our focus was on creating a scalable, performant solution that met the demands of a fast-paced fashion eCommerce environment while ensuring seamless user experiences.

Leading Agile workflows, we managed sprints, backlogs, and competing priorities, ensuring timely delivery of features. Hands-on involvement included auditing and enhancing SEO, UI, and UX, as well as reviewing pull requests. We developed reusable React UI components in StoryBook from Figma designs and created admin UIs to streamline content creation, integrate DAM (Digital Asset Management), and optimize CMS workflows for better efficiency and user experience.

To support data-driven decision-making, we built a project dashboard tracking key metrics from Google Analytics, LiveMotion, Hootsuite, and Shopify. This provided real-time insights for daily content strategies. Competitive analysis informed strategic thinking and product-market fit, while user testing via Maze refined UX and navigation. We also optimized AWS server architecture for scalability and integrated a bespoke Django stack to enhance DAM workflows for the content team.

Technical excellence was a priority, with performance optimizations, Rive animations, and API integrations enhancing the app’s functionality. We wrote and maintained detailed product and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. By resolving performance bottlenecks and leveraging tools like Figma, CSS, JS, and AWS, we delivered a robust, user-centric platform that drove engagement and growth for the influencer-driven fashion eCommerce space.
